OTR is here to provide emotional wellbeing and mental health support for young people aged 11-25 in South East Hampshire by offering a choice of counselling options so you can pick the support you feel will be most effective for your situation. Talking to someone in a counselling environment outside school, or home helps build your emotional resilience as you explore changes in your life or respond to traumatic events.

Togetherall
Togetherall is a safe, online community where people support each other anonymously to improve mental health and wellbeing.
Millions of people in the UK have access via their participating employer, university, college, NHS provider or local council. All armed forces personnel, veterans and their families (16+) also have free access.
NeuroLove
We believe that young people are best placed to guide, support and empower their peers on issues relating to mental health and well being. Neurolove.org is a site set up to support young people manage the changing times we are currently living in.

Rethink Mental Illness
Rethink Mental Illness improve the lives of people severely affected by mental illness through a network of local groups and services, expert information and successful campaigning. The goal is to make sure everyone affected by severe mental illness has a good quality of life.
